when purchasing services from Stars with Mirka

Stars with Mirka has procedures for collection, storage, deletion, updating and disclosing your personal data to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with current legislation. In most cases the personal data is limited to name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth and e-mail. The information is used to perform the requested service at Stars with Mirka and for invoicing purposes.

You have the right to access the information stored about you, the right to have it corrected, the right to object to processing or to have processing restricted and the right to request that the information is deleted.

With the purchase the customer consents Stars with Mirka to receive, collect and use the customer's information such as name, address, date and place of birth and e-mail in connection with the purchase of sessions.

The recording from the session is not encrypted and is sent to the customer shortly after the session. Stars with Mirka deletes the files within 7 days after sending. It is the customer's own responsibility to provide only the information during the session that the customer wants Stars with Mirka to receive.
