Mars and Uranus conjunction on Algol

On Monday the 15th of July Mars, the warrior, meets with Uranus, the planet responsible for sudden, unseen changes. Both are fast and energetic, so this encounter has speed and potency. Mars and Uranus meet in around every 2 years, so we are used to these sudden bursts of energy, but this time it will be extra powerful.

Uranus met with Jupiter in April which made it stronger. Uranus can be erratic and surprising, but the energy coming up has already been building up and looking for a direction and release. How chaotic these times might feel like, know that it’s something you have been preparing for without knowing it.

The meet, or a conjunction as it’s called in astrology, will happen at 26° of Taurus. The 26° of Taurus is the degree of Algol, a fixed star also known as the head of Medusa. Algol has a strong energy that is associated with crisis, difficulty and transformation. These difficulties test the individual's inner strength and resilience and put them in a process of transformation and renewal.

Algol is sudden and erratic just like Uranus, and has also energetic connection to Black Moon Lilith, Moon’s apogee which represents independent, fierce female energy. The energy of Mars-Uranus conjunction on Algol will be a mix of warrior energy, sudden lightning and feminine rage. Many things can happen. Just know that the energy is here to clean up the stagnant energy and status quo. Taurus is a fixed Earth sign, so tje change is likely be tangible and material, earthy and concrete. Something stable will be rocked for sure.
